Every Black Box dummy is hand built by Lance Bloyd, he also performs all repairs and modifications. Due to the overwhelming demand for our products there is a waiting list in place at all times. Lance is available for questions and troubleshooting via phone, email, text and Facebook (which also contributes to the waiting period to fulfill orders). From the time you order your dummy, to the time you receive it is ROUGHLY 8 WEEKS. We can lend you a dummy to use for a weekend if needed before we can have your dummy ready to ship (call for details). Because Lance builds and provides all products and services that we offer, you are guaranteed consistent quality and exceptional customer service; that is how we are able to keep our prices low and product quality so high. 

BUCKING DUMMIES DO NOT SHOCK BULLS:

They are a simulated rider and are only a weight on the bulls back that is released then a button is pushed on a remote control. These are training devices and do not "make" bulls buck. They bring out the buck in your bull and can teach your bull to buck is used properly. We highly recommend talking with a bull trainer on the proper use of a bucking dummy to train your bulls properly.
